EU Policy Alignment:
Hemp cultivation aligns seamlessly with Poland’s strategic plan to enhance environmental sustainability and farm profitability, making Rusowo’s land a hotbed for forward-thinking agricultural investment.
A Connected Community:
Rusowo’s proximity to urban centers and cross-European transport networks gives it a logistical advantage, ensuring smooth distribution channels for hemp products from local markets to international destinations
Climate Advantage:
Rusowo enjoys a climate that perfectly balances sunlight and rainfall, creating a natural greenhouse for hemp plants to thrive.
Why Rusowo Stands Out
Fertile Foundations:
Poland’s soil quality is renowned for its long-standing agricultural heritage, particularly in regions like Rusowo. The loamy and fertile grounds are ideal for the versatile hemp plant, which requires less water and pesticides, fostering an eco-friendly cultivation process.
Capital Investment Vision:
Our future processing plant in Rusowo is envisioned as a cornerstone for regional industrial hemp processing. With your investment, we plan to build a facility to transform locally grown hemp into many sustainable products, paving the way for eco-friendly innovation in various industries.
Sustainable Infrastructure Goals:
The proposed plant will be designed with sustainability, incorporating renewable energy sources and water recycling processes to minimize environmental impact.
Economic Catalyst:
By establishing this facility, we’re set to catalyze local economic growth, offering new jobs and promoting hemp as a valuable crop for local farmers, encouraging a shift towards more sustainable agricultural practices.
R&D Integration:
Collaboration with the Institute of Natural Fibers and Medicinal Plants National Research Institute will enable us to integrate cutting-edge research directly into our processing operations, enhancing our output quality and efficiency.
Processing Plant
Our future hemp processing facility aims to ignite an agricultural revolution, encouraging hemp cultivation across the Pomeranian region.
This initiative taps into the burgeoning demand for sustainable materials and aligns with our commitment to environmental stewardship and community development.
Equipment
Fibretrack 660
Designed and built completely in the U.S., the FiberTrack 660 is the most efficient decortication machine available for businesses of many different sizes. The system can be set up as a stand-alone unit for initial testing and specifications for buyers, or set up as a completely automated system.
Hempcrete Development:
We’re tapping into the potential of hempcrete, working alongside the Institute of Natural Fibers and Medicinal Plants National Research Institute to innovate in hemp-based construction materials that are sustainable and superior in durability and insulation properties.
Agricultural Tech Innovation:
Our collaboration with research bodies will also focus on agricultural technology. We will enhance hemp cultivation methods to increase yield and quality, which will benefit our processing capabilities.
Bio-Composite Research:
Investment in technology extends to developing bio-composites with a wide array of uses beyond construction, from automotive to consumer goods, aligning with global trends towards sustainable materials.
Smart Manufacturing:
We seek funding to integrate smart technology into our processing plant. We intend to utilize data analytics and automation to optimize the production process, reduce costs, and increase the quality of the final hemp-based products.
technology
Hempcrete is a bio-based material made from hemp hurds, lime, and other ingredients, used for construction and insulation. It’s also known as Hemplime, Canobiote, Canosmose, Isochanvre, and IsoHemp. Hempcrete is lightweight and can be used for both interior and exterior insulation, and to fill wooden frames in new construction. It can also be used to build, renovate, and restore all types of buildings, including houses, apartment blocks, service and public sector buildings, and traditional buildings
